01 / Start with Keepfin for Windows

Download Windows Setup from the official release. It installs Keepfin and supports app updates. Choose Windows Portable if you want to run it without installing. Read the Windows installation notes before opening a file.

02 / Paste the playlist link

Copy the link to a playlist that you own or have permission to save, then paste it into Keepfin. Let the app read the link and list the available items. A playlist or channel is different from a link to one video, so check the address you copied.

You can also open a space in the library and choose + Add → From a link to save straight into that space.

03 / Review before you download

Tick the items you want. Review the available quality and estimated size, then use Save to to choose a space. The options depend on what the source makes available; a higher setting cannot create quality the source does not have.

Items already in Music are marked before downloading, so you can avoid saving them twice.

04 / Download, then open the collection

Start the download. The Downloads view shows progress and any failures. If an item fails, use Retry, or Retry failed for the playlist. Keepfin groups saved items into a collection in their original order.

Once saved, open the collection in your library to play it. Saved media can be played offline; fetching a link and saving new items still need an internet connection.

05 / Optional: keep new items in sync

Enable Keep in sync when reviewing a playlist or channel and choose a checking schedule. Keepfin looks for new items and downloads those additions. Items you deleted or removed are not downloaded again, and large batches wait for your review.

Use Check now when you want to check immediately. Keep in sync stays off until you turn it on.

If a playlist will not load

Check that the link opens in your browser and is a playlist rather than a single item. Some sources need your own signed-in account; on Windows, Keepfin can use your browser cookies for content that account can already access.

Source sites can change or limit requests. Check for updates and retry failed items. If it still fails, include the app version, source site, and visible error when asking for help. Do not share cookies, private links, or account credentials.

Only save content you own or have permission to download. Keepfin is not affiliated with the source sites.
