Check the file you received.
All download buttons resolve to HishamSanjag/keepfin-releases on GitHub. Each release lists the available files. When GitHub supplies a SHA-256 digest, Keepfin shows it below after loading the release.
A matching checksum confirms that the file matches the release asset. It does not independently prove the software is safe.
Checksums are available on the GitHub release when supplied.
How to compare a SHA-256 checksum
On Windows, open PowerShell and run this command with the actual downloaded file path:
Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 -LiteralPath 'C:UsersYOUR_NAMEDownloadsKeepfin-Setup-VERSION.exe'Compare the entire hash to the digest for the same filename below. On other systems, use a trusted local file-hashing tool; do not upload the executable to an unknown website to calculate its hash.
