Needs review
Needs review is where Keepfin puts anything it will not decide alone. Everything in it is safe: it is a question, not an error.
The idea#
On Windows it opens from the Review… link under your copies in Settings → Storage & copies (the window is titled Needs a decision). On Android it is the Needs review list there. Keepfin never picks a side by itself. When both sides changed, a file is missing or a file turned up that Keepfin did not put there, it keeps every version and asks you. When nothing needs you, the list says so.
What you may see#

Playlists are merged, not asked about#
Additions and removals made on both sides are combined, and nothing either side added is lost. You are asked only when the same name or position clashed.
Files you added by hand#
Files you drop into the Keepfin folder yourself are noticed and offered here, so you choose whether to add them. Keepfin never adds them behind your back.
