Downloading
Playlists, channels and albums
A playlist should stay a playlist. Keepfin lets you review its items first, download what you choose and keep them together.
Paste the link#
Paste a playlist, channel, album or mix link. Keepfin reads the list in pages of 200 items and shows each page as soon as it arrives, so you can start choosing at once.
- Use Load more to read the next page.
- Each page has a 60-second limit. If one stalls, you keep what has loaded and can try the rest again.
- Radio mixes never end, so they are always read a page at a time.
Choose what to download#
Tick the items you want, or use Select all (Shift-click selects a range on Windows). Pick one quality for the batch and check Save to. Formats are worked out for each item when its download starts, so a long list does not wait to open.
Songs already in the space are marked Already in Music and are not ticked, so you do not download them twice. Tick one again, or use Download anyway, to save it twice.

Keeping a collection together#
On Windows
The Extras tab offers Keep together or Separate items. Kept together, the queue and your library show one row for the collection, with its artwork, a count of what is done and what failed, and actions for the whole group: pause, resume, cancel, Retry failed, open the folder, copy the link, or remove it from history. Removing history never deletes media.
On Android
A collection stays together in its own folder in your library, in its original order. If an item fails, use Retry failed for the collection, or Remove failed to take failed items off the list.
Keep in sync (optional)#
Keep in sync is off unless you turn it on, when you download a playlist or channel. You choose how often Keepfin checks it again, and it downloads only new items. Check now on the collection checks at once. It does not bring back items you deleted or skipped, and more than 20 new items wait for your review. On Windows, checks run while Keepfin is open; on Android they run in the background, on Wi-Fi only if you choose.

Private playlists#
Playlists that need your account (private ones, Watch later, liked videos) work once you are signed in. See Private and age-restricted content.
